JR Vibrating Spiral Elevators, also known as vertical spiral conveyors, utilize vibrating motors as the vibration source. By leveraging the combined amplitude of two vibrating motors, they transport materials upward along the lifting trough. These vertical elevators are primarily used for lifting granular, powdery, and lumpy materials. This elevator features a simple structure and is easy to maintain. It delivers material in a metered manner, with a continuously adjustable lifting capacity, making it suitable for the vertical conveyance of medium- and small-sized granular materials across various industries. It is available in two configurations: open-trough and enclosed.

Working Principle of Vibrating Spiral Elevators

The JR series vibrating spiral elevators consist of a lifting trough, vibrating motors, a vibration-damping system, and a base. This series of elevators uses vibrating motors as the vibration source. Two vibrating motors of the same model are mounted on the lifting trough with their centerlines intersecting at a certain angle, and they rotate in opposite directions in a self-synchronized manner. The centrifugal forces generated by the eccentric weights on the vibrating motors at each instantaneous position during rotation cause the entire unit, supported by the vibration dampers, to vibrate continuously. This action causes the material in the lifting trough to be thrown upward and move vertically. After the material falls into the trough, it begins to be thrown upward again, allowing for sufficient contact with air and facilitating heat dissipation and cooling. This elevator is capable of vertically conveying powdered, lumpy, and short-fibre solid materials (excluding those that are sticky or prone to caking). It is available in two configurations: open and enclosed. Custom designs can also be provided according to customer requirements.
