Bucket Elevator Conveyor
The bucket elevator conveyor is suitable for lifting materials from lower to higher elevations. After the material is fed into the buckets via a vibrating table, the machine automatically operates continuously to transport the material upward.
The conveying speed can be adjusted according to the conveying capacity, and the lifting height can be selected as needed. The buckets are custom-designed and manufactured; the use of non-toxic PP buckets makes this bucket elevator model suitable for a wide range of applications. All dimensions are designed and manufactured to meet specific requirements. Designed to integrate with vertical packaging machines and computerized weighing machines, it is suitable for lifting and feeding products such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemical products, screws, and nuts. The machine can be automatically started and stopped based on signals from the packaging machine.
Working Principle of Bucket Elevator Conveyor
The buckets scoop material from the storage bin below and are lifted to the top by a conveyor belt or chain. After passing over the top pulley, they tip downward, and the bucket elevator discharges the material into a receiving hopper. In belt-driven bucket elevators, the drive belt is typically made of rubber and is mounted on the drive pulley at the bottom or top, as well as on the return pulleys at the top and bottom. Chain-driven bucket elevators are generally equipped with two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets at the top or bottom and a pair of idler sprockets at the bottom or top. Bucket elevators are usually enclosed in a housing to prevent dust from escaping.

Main Components
A bucket elevator consists of a housing, a traction member (conveyor chain), buckets, a drive pulley (head pulley), a return pulley (tail pulley), a tensioning device, a guide device, a feed inlet (inlet), and a discharge outlet (outlet).

Features of Bucket Elevator Conveyor
With low drive power, this system employs inflow feeding, induced discharge, and a dense arrangement of large-capacity hoppers. During material lifting, there is virtually no backflow or digging of material, resulting in minimal power loss.
Wide range of applications: This type of elevator has minimal requirements regarding material type and characteristics. It can handle not only general powdery and fine granular materials but also highly abrasive materials. It offers excellent sealing performance and causes minimal environmental pollution.
High operational reliability: Advanced design principles and manufacturing methods ensure the reliability of the entire machine, with a mean time between failures exceeding 20,000 hours. High lifting capacity: The elevator operates smoothly, enabling it to achieve significant lifting heights.
Long service life: The elevator employs a gravity-fed feeding system, eliminating the need for buckets to scoop material, which minimizes compression and impact between materials. The design ensures minimal spillage during feeding and unloading, thereby reducing mechanical wear.
