The JR Precision Screen Series Planar Rotary Screen is a new type of high-standard screening equipment widely used for precise classification in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and grain processing. In this series of equipment, materials move back and forth across the screen surface, resulting in more precise screening, high screening efficiency, high screen utilisation, excellent sealing, and zero pollution, making it an ideal large-scale, environmentally friendly screening solution.
Working principle
Planar Rotary Screen Structure: It consists primarily of components such as the screen box, drive unit, screen frame, support frame, and vibration damping device.
- The screen box includes components such as the screen frame, screen mesh, screen grid, spring clips, and bouncing balls. The screen frame is fitted with upper and lower layers of screen mesh, which are tensioned against the screen grid by spring clips mounted around the perimeter of the grid. The bouncing balls are positioned within the squares of the screen grid;
- The drive assembly includes components such as the drive unit, electric motor, locking sleeve, locking ring nut, lock washer, and tapered sleeve. The tapered sleeve is fixed to the screen frame, and the drive shaft of the drive unit is housed within the tapered sleeve and secured in position by the locking sleeve;
- An inspection port is provided on the upper part of the machine body, allowing users to observe the movement of materials on the screen surface and inspect the screen mesh.
