Project Background
In August 2024, Jiarui Machinery provided a powder screening solution for a plastic material processing company in Pakistan. The customer specializes in amino molding compound plastic powder production. During their production process, the existing screening equipment had become a bottleneck. The original machine could not keep up with the required throughput, and frequent screen blockage caused unstable fine powder content in the finished product, creating issues for the downstream production process.
When the customer contacted Jiarui, the requirements were clear: the equipment needed to achieve 60 mesh screening with a capacity of 1200 kg/h, and the screening process could not slow down the production line.

Why Jiarui Recommended the Rotary Vibrating Screen JR1500-1S
The customer’s requirement of 60 mesh belongs to medium-fine powder screening. The JR1500 model provides a sufficiently large screening surface diameter, allowing the material to stay on the screen surface for enough time to achieve proper separation and efficient passing through the mesh.
In addition, considering that the material had a tendency to block the screen openings, Jiarui equipped the 1S model with a rubber bouncing ball cleaning system. During operation, the vibration movement drives the rubber balls to continuously impact the bottom of the screen mesh, helping keep the openings clear and maintaining stable screening efficiency.

Project Results
The equipment was installed, commissioned, and put into production in August 2024.
According to the customer’s feedback, the production target was achieved successfully. The equipment can easily maintain the required 1200 kg/h capacity, while the screen cleaning interval has been significantly extended. The previous major issue of frequent screen blockage has been largely resolved.
Because the material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, there were no issues with material discoloration or rust contamination during operation. The overall operating noise and vibration remained within an acceptable range.
