The equipment was installed, commissioned, and put into production in August 2024.
According to the customer’s feedback, the production target was achieved successfully. The equipment can easily maintain the required 1200 kg/h capacity, while the screen cleaning interval has been significantly extended. The previous major issue of frequent screen blockage has been largely resolved.
Because the material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, there were no issues with material discoloration or rust contamination during operation. The overall operating noise and vibration remained within an acceptable range.
The customer recognized the performance of this Plastic Powder Separator application and indicated that they would consider continuing with larger models from the same series for future production expansion.
