Working Principle

The bulk bag (ton bag) unloading station is designed to efficiently handle powder materials while ensuring a dust-free operation throughout the unloading and feeding process.

Powder materials are packed in ton bags or large bulk bags. During operation, an electric hoist or crane is used to lift the bag to the discharge position. The system supports manual positioning with automatic bag clamping, ensuring a secure and stable connection.

Once the bag is clamped, the operator loosens the tie at the bottom. The hoist then lifts the bag slightly, allowing the material to discharge smoothly under gravity without dust leakage.

The bottom outlet of the unloading station can be connected to a vacuum loader pipeline, enabling sealed conveying and automatic transfer of materials to the next process.

With its flexible structural design, the equipment can be directly installed above downstream processing equipment such as mixers, reactors, and dissolving tanks, achieving seamless integration and improving overall production efficiency.
