The W-type double-cone mixer consists of a double-cone body, mechanical seals, a frame, a reduction gearbox, and mixing blades. The machine operates as follows: The materials to be mixed are fed into the double-cone chamber via vacuum conveying or manual loading. After securing the lid, the equipment is started. The double-cone chamber and mixing blades rotate simultaneously. The rotating double-cone chamber causes the materials inside to tumble and mix in a turbulent manner, while the high-speed rotating mixing blades break up clumps, ensuring rapid mixing of the materials within the chamber.

The Jiarui Double-Cone Mixer is a highly efficient mixing device designed for the uniform blending of various powdered and granular materials. Under the continuous agitation of the double-cone drum, the materials are thoroughly mixed.
The operating principle is as follows: different materials are loaded into the double-cone drum via a vacuum conveyor or manually.
After feeding the materials and sealing the drum lid, the machine is started. The double-cone drum begins to rotate, and simultaneously, the internal mixing blades begin to operate. The materials start to mix during rotation, while the mixing blades break up any agglomerated material.
