The W-type double-cone mixer consists of a double-cone body, mechanical seals, a frame, a reduction gearbox, and mixing blades. The machine operates as follows: The materials to be mixed are fed into the double-cone chamber via vacuum conveying or manual loading. After securing the lid, the equipment is started. The double-cone chamber and mixing blades rotate simultaneously. The rotating double-cone chamber causes the materials inside to tumble and mix in a turbulent manner, while the high-speed rotating mixing blades break up clumps, ensuring rapid mixing of the materials within the chamber.
