Product Introduction
The vacuum feeding machine (also known as vacuum conveyor) uses vacuum suction to transport powder and granular materials through a sealed pipeline system.
Jiarui’s system is specially optimized for materials with strong adhesion, poor flowability, high static electricity, and ultra-fine powder characteristics.
The equipment features a compact, modular design with a small footprint and high mobility. All material-contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel with polished internal and external surfaces, ensuring no sanitary dead zones.

Working Principle of Vacuum Feeding Machine
The vacuum feeding system operates based on negative pressure airflow:
Automatic Discharge Phase
After a preset time, vacuum stops and the discharge valve opens automatically. Material is released into downstream equipment such as mixers or storage bins. A reverse pulse cleaning system removes residual dust from filters to prepare for the next cycle.
Vacuum Suction Phase
When the vacuum pump starts, negative pressure is created inside the pipeline and separation chamber.
Material-Air Mixing Phase
At the feeding inlet, powder materials are drawn into the pipeline under atmospheric pressure and mixed with air for fast transportation.
Separation Phase
Inside the separation chamber, material is separated from air through gravity and high-efficiency filters. Powder falls into the hopper while clean air is discharged.
