The JR Series Linear Vibrating Screen uses a vibration motor as the vibration source, causing the material to be thrown upward on the screen mesh while moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the screen’s feed inlet evenly and, through multiple layers of screen mesh, produces oversize and undersize fractions of various specifications, which are discharged separately through their respective outlets.

  • Linear Trajectory: This force drives the screen box in a continuous, linear reciprocating motion.
  • Material Movement: As the screen box vibrates, materials on the mesh surface are thrown upward and propelled forward in a linear jump. Through various layers of mesh, materials are separated by size and discharged through their respective outlets
