什么是直线振动筛？

直线振动筛，又称直线筛，是一种由振动电机驱动的设备，用于按颗粒大小分离物料。主要由筛箱、筛网、振动电机、传动部件和减振系统组成。设备使物料沿直线方向向前运动，同时通过一层或多层筛网进行筛分。物料均匀进入进料口，然后在筛面上铺展并移动。不同粒径在过程中被分离，筛上物和筛下物从不同出料口排出。常用于矿山、化工、食品、建材、粮食、化肥和煤炭加工等行业，产能约为10–500吨/小时，视物料而定。.

直线振动筛的工作原理

第一步：动力源：两台电机的偏心块在旋转时产生离心力。在平行于电机轴的方向上，离心力大小相等、方向相反，因此相互抵消；在垂直于电机轴的方向上，离心力叠加。.

第二步：能量传递：在合力和支撑弹簧的驱动下，筛箱被迫沿合力方向进行严格的直线往复振动。该振动轨迹通常与水平筛面形成固定角度（常见角度为45°），提供推动物料向前运动的驱动力。.

第三步：抛掷与分散：初始物料通过进料口连续进入水平或微倾斜的筛面。筛箱向上的冲击力将物料分批抛起，使其向上并向前推进。物料在空中瞬间从压实状态转变为松散状态，打破颗粒间的结合力，分离潮湿或易结块的粉体和颗粒。.

第四步：自然分层：在重力和振动的共同作用下，被抛起的物料向前落下并重新落回筛面。在这一反复抛起和落下的过程中，物料发生动态分层。较小颗粒穿过较大颗粒之间的间隙，迅速沉降到物料层底部并与筛网接触；较大颗粒则被挤压向上，浮在物料层上表面。.

第五步：筛分: 最终分级：

筛下物： 底层细颗粒在随后与筛网接触时顺利通过筛孔，落入下方料斗并排出。.
筛上物： 上层无法通过筛孔的大颗粒（或杂质）继续沿筛面向前滑动，最终从前端粗料出料口排出。.

结果： 至此，物料连续高效的“连续分级/精细除杂”全过程完成。.
