什么是直线振动筛?
直线振动筛,又称直线筛,是一种由振动电机驱动的设备,用于按颗粒大小分离物料。主要由筛箱、筛网、振动电机、传动部件和减振系统组成。设备使物料沿直线方向向前运动,同时通过一层或多层筛网进行筛分。物料均匀进入进料口,然后在筛面上铺展并移动。不同粒径在过程中被分离,筛上物和筛下物从不同出料口排出。常用于矿山、化工、食品、建材、粮食、化肥和煤炭加工等行业,产能约为10–500吨/小时,视物料而定。.
直线振动筛的工作原理
第一步:动力源:两台电机的偏心块在旋转时产生离心力。在平行于电机轴的方向上,离心力大小相等、方向相反,因此相互抵消;在垂直于电机轴的方向上,离心力叠加。.
第二步:能量传递:在合力和支撑弹簧的驱动下,筛箱被迫沿合力方向进行严格的直线往复振动。该振动轨迹通常与水平筛面形成固定角度(常见角度为45°),提供推动物料向前运动的驱动力。.
第三步:抛掷与分散:初始物料通过进料口连续进入水平或微倾斜的筛面。筛箱向上的冲击力将物料分批抛起,使其向上并向前推进。物料在空中瞬间从压实状态转变为松散状态,打破颗粒间的结合力,分离潮湿或易结块的粉体和颗粒。.

第四步:自然分层:在重力和振动的共同作用下,被抛起的物料向前落下并重新落回筛面。在这一反复抛起和落下的过程中,物料发生动态分层。较小颗粒穿过较大颗粒之间的间隙,迅速沉降到物料层底部并与筛网接触;较大颗粒则被挤压向上,浮在物料层上表面。.
第五步:筛分: 最终分级:
- 筛下物: 底层细颗粒在随后与筛网接触时顺利通过筛孔,落入下方料斗并排出。.
- 筛上物: 上层无法通过筛孔的大颗粒(或杂质)继续沿筛面向前滑动,最终从前端粗料出料口排出。.
