Rotary Vibrating Screen
Rotary vibrating screen is also called rotary vibrating screener, used for safety screening to eliminate foreign matter, classification of different particle sizes in the same product, and the process of solid-liquid separation, using customized layered screen and powerful 3D vibration motion to pass different meshes With the external output and stackable design, this ingenious and simple machine can continuously filter up to 3 stages of product separation in just 1 operation.
What is a rotary vibrating screen?
The rotary vibrating screen, also known as a circular vibrating screen, three-dimensional vibrating screen, or rotary vibrating screen, is a high-precision fine powder screening machine. It uses a vertical motor as the vibration source, with eccentric weights installed at both the upper and lower ends of the motor. These weights convert the motor’s rotational motion into three-dimensional motion—horizontal, vertical, and inclined (i.e., three-dimensional motion)—which is then transmitted to the screen surface. The core of its operating principle lies in the ability to alter the material’s trajectory on the screen surface by adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric weights, causing the material to move in an outward-expanding involute or spiral pattern across the screen. Particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen as undersize material, while those larger than the mesh size move along the screen surface to the edge and are discharged, thereby achieving screening, filtering, or classification. This equipment is renowned for its low noise, high efficiency, fully enclosed structure, and rapid screen replacement (typically taking only 3–5 minutes).
As a leading manufacturer in China’s rotary vibrating screen industry, Jiarui Machinery produces rotary vibrating screens with an extremely wide range of applications, suitable for the screening and filtration of various materials—including dry, wet, fine, and coarse materials. They are commonly used in industries such as chemicals (e.g., resin powder, coatings), food (e.g., flour, powdered sugar, starch), pharmaceuticals (e.g., traditional Chinese medicine powder, Western medicine powder), metallurgy and mining (e.g., metal powders, ore), ceramic abrasives, and environmental treatment (e.g., wastewater, waste oil). The equipment is typically manufactured with stainless steel or similar materials for contact parts to meet hygiene and corrosion-resistance requirements. We are particularly flexible when it comes to customizing vibrating screens. If you are currently inquiring about standard or non-standard vibrating screens, please contact us now. We have a professional design team ready to address your needs.

Working Principle

The “JR” series Rotary Vibrating Screen utilises a vertical motor as the vibration source. Eccentric weights are fitted to both the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor’s rotational motion into three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—which is then transmitted to the screening surface. By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screening surface can be altered.
