When the conveyor inclination angle β ≥ 45°, Type II low-profile intermediate frame legs are recommended.

Lower Horizontal Section: The lower horizontal section uses low-profile intermediate frame legs.

Principle of operation

Its working principle is similar to that of a conventional belt conveyor, where power is transmitted through the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt. The material enters the ‘box-shaped troughs’ on the conveyor belt via the guide chute of the lower horizontal section. As the conveyor belt runs, the material is steadily lifted to the upper horizontal section for discharge. To prevent backflow of the material during transportation, the equipment is also equipped with devices such as pressure rollers.
