How Ultrasonic Technology Prevented Static Powder Clumping in Powder Coating Screening

This case comes from a powder coating production line in the UAE using a 120 mesh screening step before packaging. During continuous operation, fine electrostatic powder tended to adhere to the screen surface under dry conditions, leading to unstable flow and uneven screening performance. After site evaluation and testing, the issue was identified as material behavior rather than equipment capacity. An ultrasonic-assisted screening solution was introduced to reduce powder adhesion and stabilize long-term 120 mesh separation.

Case Study: High-Capacity, Low-Breakage Screening Solution for Urea Fertilizer in the Middle East

Customer Background & Core Challenges The client is a leading integrated chemical and fertilizer manufacturer in the Middle East, specializing in high-purity urea and compound fertilizers. During production, a long-standing challenge emerged in the final grading stage of urea granules. Traditional high-frequency vibrating screens caused significant product degradation due to the fragile nature of urea…

Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen for Lithium Battery Powder Case Study

Project Background This case study focuses on a domestic Chinese new energy battery material manufacturer specializing in the research and large-scale production of high-nickel ternary cathode materials (NCM) and lithium iron phosphate (LFP) precursor powders. During the production process, the calcined cathode precursor materials must undergo strict particle size classification to ensure consistency, safety, and…

Jiarui Linear Vibrating Screen Case Study – Plastic Pellet Screening Solution

Overview Plastic pellets are widely used in packaging, injection molding, and various manufacturing industries where particle size consistency and purity are critical. To ensure high-quality downstream processing, precise separation of fines and oversized particles is essential. A European customer faced challenges in low screening efficiency and inaccurate separation during plastic granule processing. They urgently required…
