GZ Series Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
The GZ Series Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder is widely used in the mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical, power, and grain industries to uniformly and continuously or quantitatively feed lumpy, granular, and powdery materials from storage silos or other storage equipment to receiving equipment. This series of electromagnetic vibrating feeders features a compact design, low noise, light weight, high operating frequency, and low power consumption, making them suitable for use in automated production processes. They offer stepless adjustment of feed rate, can be frequently started and operated continuously under rated voltage and amplitude conditions, and are easy to install and maintain.
Working Principle of Electromagnetic Feeder
The Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder operates based on electromagnetic excitation and mechanical vibration resonance:
- The electromagnetic coil is powered by a single-phase half-wave rectified current
- During the positive cycle:
- Electromagnetic force pulls the armature toward the core
- During the negative cycle:
- Spring force pushes the armature back
- This creates a reciprocating vibration motion
- Materials move forward in a parabolic trajectory, ensuring smooth and continuous feeding
