Working Principle of Electromagnetic Feeder

The Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder operates based on electromagnetic excitation and mechanical vibration resonance:

  • The electromagnetic coil is powered by a single-phase half-wave rectified current
  • During the positive cycle:
    • Electromagnetic force pulls the armature toward the core
  • During the negative cycle:
    • Spring force pushes the armature back
  • This creates a reciprocating vibration motion
  • Materials move forward in a parabolic trajectory, ensuring smooth and continuous feeding
