Product Introduction
JR series screw conveyor is a widely used continuous conveying equipment in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, grain, mechanical processing, and other fields. It is divided into horizontal screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor according to the conveying direction. It is mainly used for horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of various powder, granular, and small block loose materials. The equipment features a compact structure, a small cross-sectional size, good sealing performance, stable and reliable operation, and can realize multi-point feeding and discharging. It is suitable for ambient temperatures from -20°C to 50°C, and the conveyed material temperature should be less than 200°C. It is not suitable for conveying perishable, highly viscous, easy-caking, high-temperature, pressure-sensitive, and highly corrosive special materials.
工作原理
The screw conveyor pushes materials forward along the conveying trough through rotating spiral blades. The spiral blades are welded on the rotating shaft. Driven by the driving device, the shaft and blades rotate continuously to push materials stably, so as to realize continuous conveying, multi-point feeding and fixed-point discharging.
