The Jiarui DZ series vibrating feeder conveyor utilizes dual vibration motors as the excitation source. This setup generates a periodic linear motion, throwing bulk materials forward in a parabolic trajectory along the feeding trough. Through adjustment of the eccentric blocks, operators can achieve precise flow rate control for continuous, uniform feeding operations.
This vibratory feeding equipment is designed for heavy-duty sectors including mining, metallurgy, and chemical processing. It functions as a critical interface between storage hoppers and downstream units like crushers or belt conveyors. Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder Conveyor
The feeding process of the DZ Series Vibrating Feeder Conveyor is achieved by using a specially designed vibrating motor or two motors to drive the exciter, causing the feeding trough to perform periodic linear reciprocating vibrations along an inclined plane. When the vertical component of the trough’s vibrational acceleration exceeds the acceleration due to gravity, the material in the trough is thrown upward and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory, This throwing and landing occur instantaneously. Due to the continuous excitation from the vibrator, the feeding trough vibrates continuously, causing the coal within the trough to continuously jump forward, thereby achieving the feeding objective.
- Power Source: A vibration motor is used as the excitation source, generating periodic vibrational forces through the rotation of eccentric weights at both ends of the motor.
- Vibration Transmission: The excitation force causes the feed trough to undergo linear reciprocating vibration in the horizontal direction. Material is thrown upward and moves forward along the trough, ensuring uniform feeding.
- Control Method: By adjusting the excitation force of the vibration motor (e.g., by changing the angle of the eccentric weights), the feed rate can be precisely controlled; stopping the motor’s vibration immediately halts the material flow.

Installation and Maintenance
