Introduction

The Lab Test Sieve Shaker is primarily used for component analysis of particles of various specifications and irregular sizes, as well as for the classification and particle size analysis of ultra-hard materials. This equipment offers high sieving precision and delivers accurate test results. The unit is compact and lightweight, operates smoothly without vibration, and features excellent sealing performance.

Working Principle

The laboratory sieve shaker uses a YZU vertical vibration motor as the vibration source. The vibration motor drives the upper vibration plate to vibrate, and then the vibration plate is transmitted to the Φ200 screen frame placed on the upper part of the vibration plate.

Then the screen frame that needs to detect the mesh size material particles with mesh apertures are screened to the lower sieve frame, so that only materials with the same particle size remain in each layer of test sieves, achieving separation of different particle sizes and determining the particle size composition of the material, so that the materials in the Φ200 type sieve frame can be very effectively It serves the purpose of filtering, classifying and screening.

Application Method:

  • Set the time as needed. The first two digits of the timer represent minutes, and the last two digits represent seconds. Adjust the timer reading to the desired time.
  • Place the test sieve frame inside the equipment, tighten the nuts, and then turn on the machine.
  • To adjust the vibration amplitude, attach an M8 bolt to the excitation block on the motor inside the equipment. By adjusting the length of the M8 bolt, you can achieve different levels of excitation force.
