Ultrasonik Teknolojinin Toz Kaplama Elemede Statik Toz Topaklanmasını Nasıl Önlediği

This case comes from a powder coating production line in the UAE using a 120 mesh screening step before packaging. During continuous operation, fine electrostatic powder tended to adhere to the screen surface under dry conditions, leading to unstable flow and uneven screening performance. After site evaluation and testing, the issue was identified as material behavior rather than equipment capacity. An ultrasonic-assisted screening solution was introduced to reduce powder adhesion and stabilize long-term 120 mesh separation.
