Inline Vibrating Screen – Working Principle
The Inline Vibrating Screen operates by using one or two vibration motors as the driving force to generate controlled vibration on the screen body. This vibration is transferred to the mesh surface, causing materials to move rapidly and evenly across the screen.
Under the effect of vibration, fine particles pass through the mesh quickly, while larger particles and impurities are continuously separated and discharged from the outlet. The inline structure allows materials to flow directly through the system, ensuring fast processing and high throughput.
During operation, the continuous vibration also helps reduce material buildup on the screen surface, providing a self-cleaning effect that minimizes mesh clogging. This ensures stable and efficient screening performance, even during long-term continuous production.
