The customer required precise 100 mesh powder screening and a continuous production capacity of no less than 280 kg\/h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before this project, the customer used a conventional vibrating screen. However, serious screen blockage problems occurred during operation, especially when using fine 100 mesh screens. The equipment needed to be stopped several times per shift for manual cleaning, which directly affected the production schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The customer had two strict requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The screening accuracy must reach 100 mesh.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The machine must maintain a continuous production capacity of at least 280 kg\/h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jiarui\u2019s Powder Coating Sieving Machine Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After technical communication with the customer\u2019s engineers, <a href=\"https:\/\/jiaruimachinery.com\/about\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"995\">Jiarui<\/a> confirmed the material characteristics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moderate powder flowability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Irregular particle shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A small amount of agglomeration caused by static electricity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When conventional vibrating screens process this type of material, fine powder can easily enter and block the mesh openings. considered three main factors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Suitable Screening Area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The JRC1200-1S uses a 1200 mm diameter single-layer screen with an effective screening area of approximately 1.13 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the required capacity of 280 kg\/h, the processing load is approximately 248 kg\/m\u00b2\u00b7h. This load is suitable for an ultrasonic screening system and provides sufficient operating margin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ultrasonic Cleaning Performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The JRC1200-1S is equipped with an ultrasonic transducer installed below the screen mesh. The high-frequency vibration directly acts on the screen surface, helping to break the static adhesion and mechanical embedding between powder particles and the mesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on Jiarui\u2019s previous experience with powder coating applications, ultrasonic assistance can significantly extend the cleaning interval compared with conventional screening methods, reducing frequent shutdowns caused by mesh blockage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This design helps prevent mesh blinding during fine powder screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. SUS304 Stainless Steel Contact Parts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All material contact parts of the equipment are manufactured from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osakastainless.com\/stainless\/sus304\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.osakastainless.com\/stainless\/sus304\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SUS304 stainless steel.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This prevents possible contamination between the powder coating material and equipment surfaces while making cleaning and color change operations easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In powder coating production, frequent color changes are common. Installation and commissioning were completed through remote guidance from Jiarui engineers together with the customer\u2019s local technical team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the commissioning day, the JRC1200-1S achieved the required capacity of 280 kg\/h, and the screened material remained stable at the required 100 mesh size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After one week of continuous operation, the customer reported that no screen blockage occurred, the production capacity remained stable, and the cleaning time during color changes was reduced by approximately 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The improvement was mainly due to the smooth surface of the SUS304 stainless steel contact parts, which reduced powder residue after production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer also mentioned an important production improvement. Before using the JRC1200-1S, frequent shutdowns for screen cleaning caused the downstream packaging process to wait for material supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After replacing the equipment, the screening process was no longer a production bottleneck, and the actual production output of the entire line increased by approximately 15%.
