Product Description

The “JR” series Rotary Vibrating Screen is a high-precision screening machine characterised by low noise levels, high efficiency, rapid screen replacement and a fully enclosed design. It is suitable for the screening and filtration of materials such as granules, powders and slurries.

Working Principle

The “JR” series Rotary Vibrating Screen utilises a vertical motor as the vibration source. Eccentric weights are fitted to both the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor’s rotational motion into three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—which is then transmitted to the screening surface. By adjusting the phase angle at the upper and lower ends, the trajectory of the material on the screening surface can be altered.

Screening out impurities: The high-precision screens on the JR series Rotary Vibrating Screen are capable of rapidly removing large or small particles with a low percentage content during high-throughput material processing.

Multi-layer sieving: Solid particles of different sizes can be divided into particle groups of the same size. JR vibrating sieving & filtering machine can precisely sieve and classify materials into 2 to 6 particle groups simultaneously, and is suitable for sieving a variety of granular and powdery materials.

JR series Rotary Vibrating Screen

High-efficiency vibrating screens: A one-stop solution for screening and filtration

Designed specifically for powdery and viscous materials, it offers precise screening and hassle-free operation and maintenance to boost production efficiency.

Extremely efficient and durable

With its ingenious design and powerful performance, this machine efficiently handles the screening and filtration of various powdered and viscous materials. Its robust and durable construction makes it suitable for production needs across multiple industries.

Ultra-fast screen change

The screen change process is simple and takes only 3–5 minutes to complete; it is easy to operate and clean, and its unique screen frame design significantly extends the service life of the screens, reducing operational and maintenance costs.

Precise screening

The screen does not clog and powder does not scatter; it can screen down to an ultra-fine 500 mesh (0.025 mm). Impurities and coarse material are automatically discharged, enabling 24-hour continuous operation and maximizing production efficiency.

Multiple layers available

Compact in size, it takes up minimal production space and is easy to move; the screen can be configured with up to 5 layers (3 layers are recommended), and the number of layers can be flexibly adjusted to meet production needs, making it suitable for various screening processes.

FAQs

A: Our machine is highly versatile and designed for sieving (impurities removal), grading (particle classification), and liquid filtering. It is widely used in:

  • Chemicals: Resins, coatings, and titanium dioxide.
  • Food & Pharma: Flour, milk powder, starch, and mucus-like substances.
  • Metal & Mining: Superfine steel balls and zirconia. It handles anything from dry powder and granules to viscous liquids, with a sieving capacity of up to 500 mesh (0.025mm).

A: The machine uses a 3-D movement principle (horizontal, vertical, and inclined) driven by adjustable eccentric weights, which naturally reduces clogging. For fine or sticky materials, we equip the machine with bouncing rubber balls or a ball-supporting board system that continuously strikes the screen to keep the mesh clear and ensure high-flow processing.

A: Yes. We understand that electrical standards vary globally. We can customize the vibration motor to match your local voltage (e.g., 110V, 220V, 380V, 440V) and frequency (50Hz or 60Hz). All our motors are designed for low noise and high durability to ensure a long service life in industrial environments.

The JR Series can be configured with 1 to 5 layers of screens, allowing you to separate materials into 2 to 6 different size groups simultaneously. We recommend a maximum of 3 layers for optimal efficiency. We also provide OEM/ODM customization to meet specific requirements regarding material (304/316 stainless steel), motor power, or special inlet/outlet designs.

A: Efficiency is our priority. Thanks to our unique quick-release clamp and sieving rack design, a single operator can change the screen cloth in just 3 to 5 minutes. The fully enclosed structure is designed for easy disassembly, making the cleaning process straightforward and preventing dust from “floating in the sky” (airborne contamination).

A: The most important step is to remove the fixed transportation bolts (usually marked in red) from the engine base before testing or operation. These bolts are only for securing the springs during shipping. Operating the machine with these bolts attached will damage the vibration motor and the base.
