Linear Vibrating Screen
The JR Series Linear Vibrating Screen uses a vibration motor as the vibration source, causing the material to be thrown upward on the screen mesh while moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the screen’s feed inlet evenly and, through multiple layers of screen mesh, produces oversize and undersize fractions of various specifications, which are discharged separately through their respective outlets.
Vibrating screens feature low energy consumption, high throughput, simple construction, and easy maintenance. Their fully enclosed design prevents dust leakage, and with automatic discharge, they are particularly well-suited for assembly line operations. Introduction
The Linear Vibrating Screen is a highly efficient screening equipment powered by dual vibration motors. Utilizing the principle of linear motion, it is designed for the precise grading and filtration of dry powder or granular materials across various industries including food processing, chemicals, and mining.
Working Principle
The JR Series Linear Vibrating Screen utilizes dual vibration motors as the power source. When the two motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the eccentric blocks generate an exciting force.
- Force Cancellation & Summation: The components of the exciting force parallel to the motor axis cancel each other out, while the components perpendicular to the axis combine into a single resultant force.
- Linear Trajectory: This force drives the screen box in a continuous, linear reciprocating motion.
- Material Movement: As the screen box vibrates, materials on the mesh surface are thrown upward and propelled forward in a linear jump. Through various layers of mesh, materials are separated by size and discharged through their respective outlets

Features
The JR Series is engineered for reliability, efficiency, and ease of operation. Key advantages include:
- High Screening Precision & Capacity: Designed for high-volume processing, the JR series ensures sharp separation and accurate grading for multiple particle sizes simultaneously.
- Robust & Durable Construction: Built with reinforced structural components and premium materials (such as SUS304 or high-strength carbon steel) to withstand long-term industrial fatigue.
- Superior Dust Control: The fully enclosed structure prevents dust leakage and cross-contamination, ensuring a clean working environment and compliance with strict health and safety standards.
- Adjustable Vibration Parameters: Users can easily adjust the vibration force and the screen inclination angle (0° to 15°) to optimize performance for different material characteristics.
- Low Maintenance & Noise: Equipped with high-quality damping springs, the machine operates with minimal noise and reduced mechanical stress, extending the lifespan of the equipment.
- Rapid Mesh Replacement: The innovative frame design allows for quick screen changes (within 3–5 minutes), significantly reducing downtime during production shifts.
